HOW NOT TO LOOK SLEEPY ON A MONDAY MORNING

                                                                   



  • Sleeping face down causes fluids to collect in your face and make you look puffy. So sleep on your back with two pillows stacked up behind your head.



  • An aromatherapy shower with essential oils works wonders- adding some scent can cheer you up immensely and can turn a banal hygiene activity into sweet smelling and mind clearing refresher.A splash or burst of cold water at the end of your shower will wake you and your skin up.


  • Wake up puffy eyes with cotton soaked in ice cubes or a steel spoon left in freezer for a few minutes.


  • Wear bight colors to work during the start of week. Loads of mascara,a little bit of lip color, a shot of espresso and you will be out of zzz land in no time.
