Skin Tan No problem (click for detail information)

(click for detail information)

Sun tanning or simply tanning is the process whereby skin color is darkened or tanned. The process is most often a result of exposure to UV from the sun or from artificial sources, such as a tanning bed. People who deliberately tan their skin by exposure to the sun engage in sun bathing. Some people use chemical products which can produce a tanning result without exposure to ultraviolet radiation.
1. Summer facial bleach
Ingredients: 4 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp lemon juice.
Mix all the ingredients and apply the mixture evenly on the tanned areas for 15 minutes. Once dried, wash with cold water. Works best for greasy and oily skin.
2. Yogurt and honey cleanser
Ingredients : 4 tbsp plain yogurt, 2 tbsp honey, 3 tbsp lime juice
Mix all the ingredients. Add a little cornstarch if you think the paste needs thickening. Apply on your face and massage for 2-3 minutes. Rinse with cold water.

Precautions:
                             Wear Sunglasses and Hats
The sunglasses should have UVA/UVB protection and they should wrap around and cover the sides as well as the front of the face. For hats, baseball caps do not cut it. Hats should shade your whole face and head
Avoid Retin-A Products in the Sun
Avoid Retin-A products when out in the sun. If you use Retin-A, it actually makes your skin healthier, but healthier skin is more sensitive to the sun. The thing to do is use Retin-A at night and make sure to put sunscreen on during the day
Avoid Drinks with Lemon and Celery in Them
Lemons and celery contain psoralen, which is a photosynthesizing chemical. Just by touching them, you are making your skin more sensitive to the sun. You should avoid handling them or wash your hands after touching them when you are out in the sun.
Buy The Right Sunscreen
SPF stands for Sun Protection Factor. The higher the SPF number, the better protection against the sun's harmful UVB rays. The SPF number lets you know how much longer you can stay out of the sun without burning. For example, if it takes 15 minutes for a person to burn, an SPF 15 will allow them to stay out in the sun 15 times longer without burning.
